Mr. Williamson brings over 20 years of successful experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Development, Acquisition and Finance with companies all across the United States as well as the countries of Mexico, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Most recently, Mr. Williamson was an executive in the Real Estate division of the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. He has acted as the Central American Real Estate Investment Advisor for many North American based Institutional Real Estate Investors as well as hundreds of Private Investors, and currently serves as the President/CEO of Virtus One Corporation, a Real Estate & Investment conglomerate with operations in Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Mr. Williamson also sits on the Board of Directors of the Charitable Organization “The Do It Foundation” (www.doitfoundation.org). This foundation has purchased, assembled and given away thousands of wheelchairs to children in need all across Costa Rica.

Mr. Williamson is the developer of the Guanacaste Country Club, a Costa Rican luxury golf residential project of 2,500 acres that is now under development with over 1,300 lots, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, Signature Academies of Golf, Tennis, and Swimming, and many other amenities. The company has also purchased more than 10,000 acres in Belize and Panama to begin projects next year.

Mr. Williamson has the Master Franchise for ERA Real Estate for the countries of Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua, having 22 offices opened so far. This is to act as the sales organization for the developments in these markets as well as strong, high tech brokerage businesses. To this was added his Home Construction Company, Sunstruck Homes, S.A., and a small software company called Tenta Solutions, to provide technology for all of the businesses.

Most recently, Mr. Williamson has formed a charter and rental company in Playas Del Coco, Coco Sea Sport has a small motor yacht (50 footer) for cruises, two fishing boats and an array of rental water recreation components. The company will be adding a sail boat and a larger air conditioned fisher later this year. These are primarily to support the customer and investor experience for those participating in the projects in Guanacaste.
